05 / A few good questions

BEFORE
YOU STEP IN.

A little know-how for your first trip to the other side.

The first-time guide
Do I need to have played VR before?

Everyone starts somewhere. Begin with a straightforward experience, take time to learn the controls and let the team know it’s your first visit. You don’t need to arrive with a high score.

What if I’d prefer a gentler experience?

Say so before choosing a game. Movement and intensity vary between experiences. Start at a pace that feels comfortable, take breaks and stop whenever you need to.

Can we plan something as a group?

Use the planner for a catch-up, a celebration or a team get-together. It gives you a starting point to discuss. Games, how your group plays together and available space need to be confirmed with the venue.

Does the play planner make a booking?

No. It creates a simple plan on your device, with no account or payment. You can save the text file and share it with your group. It does not reserve a date, confirm a price or check availability.

What about age guidance and accessibility?

Requirements differ between games and experiences. Discuss age guidance, accessibility needs and any questions about your group with the venue before planning a visit.
